Vijit Jitua Ndhijaharine

I am a Namibian visual artist and multimedia designer based in Windhoek, working across visual culture, art, and communication. My practice is grounded in insight from multiple academic disciplines such as History, Cultural Anthropology, Heritage Studies, and post-colonial visuality, and I enjoy coordinating and developing research and exhibition projects from concept to realization.

I also engage actively through public talks, workshops, and lecture settings, often focusing on decolonizing curricula, reworking archives, and confronting the colonial past through artistic and research-driven interventions. Alongside my work as a graphic and digital designer, I collaborate with museums, research centers, art institutions, and festivals in Germany, Switzerland, Cameroon, and the United States, bringing visual storytelling and design expertise to memory, healing, and resistance.
