If kitchens are a symphony of timing, teamwork, and flow, most restaurant tools feel like static sheet music - rigid, fragmented, and hard to follow under pressure.
With Mantro, the mission was to reimagine restaurant management from the inside out - grounding every interaction in how real staff and managers actually work throughout a service. The outcome is not just screens, but a system that moves with people instead of around them.
*** Where It Started
The spark was simple: restaurant teams are busy, overwhelmed, and often stuck between legacy systems that don’t reflect how shifts unfold. Instead of adding another static tool, I asked a different question -
How might a restaurant management platform feel like an intuitive teammate rather than a burden?
This mindset shaped the design from day one. Rather than simply mapping features to screens, Mantro was conceived as a responsive, context-aware system that helps teams stay in rhythm with service — whether it’s tracking orders, managing tasks, or keeping everyone coordinated.
Designing for Real Moments
Restaurants don’t pause - and neither should good design.
My process started with understanding flow:
From there, I translated insights into an interface that feels natural, accessible, and anticipatory. Every interaction - from dashboard overviews to task transitions - was purpose-built to reduce noise and support momentum.
Creative Approach & Craft
Mantro’s experience is built on:
This project spans UX design, UI refinement, and interaction design, combining both analytical structure and creative empathy.
A Platform That Respects the Pace of Service
Mantro isn’t just an app — it’s a tool designed for real work:
It’s about more than efficiency - it’s about elevating the everyday work of teams who move fast and think on their feet.
This project reflects my belief that exceptional product design doesn’t just look good - it feels right where it matters most.

- Brands wanted data-backed decisions, but not dashboards full of noise
- Creators wanted speed and transparency, not long onboarding flows
Influencer marketing sounds simple on the surface: find creators, reach out, launch campaigns. In reality, brands are overwhelmed by noise, spreadsheets, and guesswork — while creators struggle with clunky tools that don’t respect their time.
AtisfyReach started with a clear problem:
How might we help brands find the right creators faster, with confidence, and without friction?
I joined Atisfy during the discovery phase as Design Lead, responsible for shaping the end-to-end experience of the AtisfyReach Progressive Web App. My role was to turn a complex, data-driven system into a product that feels effortless.
From Complexity to Clarity
Early research revealed two key tensions:
The design challenge wasn’t adding more features - it was knowing what to hide, what to surface, and when.
I designed a mobile-first PWA that guides users through discovery, shortlisting, and campaign creation with momentum. AI insights are woven into the experience quietly, helping users make better decisions without ever feeling like they’re “using AI.”
Designing with AI, Not Around It
Rather than treating AI as a separate feature, I designed the interface so intelligence appears exactly where decisions are made — during creator discovery, evaluation, and shortlisting. This reduced cognitive load while preserving user trust and control.
A scalable design system supported rapid experimentation as the product evolved, allowing the team to ship faster without compromising consistency or quality.
The Outcome
The result was a platform that helped Atisfy onboard 50+ brands and 18,000+ influencers, while reducing onboarding time by 41%. More importantly, it replaced uncertainty with confidence - turning influencer marketing into a repeatable, scalable workflow.
AtisfyReach reflects how I approach product design:
start with human problems, design for real-world behaviour, and let technology disappear into the experience.
