ML Engineer at Personal Project: Adversarial Sticker Attacks on Face Recognition Models

Developed adversarial sticker attack experiments on face recognition: fine-tuned InceptionResNetV1 with data augmentation to improve robustness, achieving accuracy improvements from 75% to 88%. Designed and evaluated three patch attack schemes (image patches, AI-generated patches, physical patches), optimized patch positions and sizes via confidence analysis, and developed a patch fusion algorithm (Gaussian blur + transparency channel + sharpening) to increase attack stealth and cross-scenario adaptability. Documented results to inform defensive strategies and risk assessment.
