I’m William John Oliver, a Computer Science graduate with a strong technical foundation built through my degree at Northumbria University and hands-on development experience across web and application projects. Since 2023, I’ve worked on modules covering programming, AI fundamentals, HCI, mobile and web development, and cloud computing with Microsoft Azure—strengthening both my software design skills and my ability to deliver practical solutions. I enjoy building usable apps and dashboards end-to-end, from user research and iterative testing to deployment and integration. My portfolio includes a chore management application for children built with React and Tailwind CSS, a construction industry dashboard hosted on Azure with secure database access and third-party API integration, and multiple group projects where I led the coding effort. I also bring real-world teamwork and reliability from kitchen porter roles, where I’m used to staying organised, following processes, and supporting a busy team.
