Xhersila Olldashi

I’m an Android Software Engineer with a strong focus on building clean, reliable, and modern mobile experiences. Over the past few years at TeamViewer, I’ve grown from a working student into a full-time engineer, rebuilding major parts of the app UI in Jetpack Compose, improving stability by tackling high-priority issues, and enabling new enterprise capabilities like MDM support with Intune and SOTI. I love contributing to a smooth development process—whether that’s mentoring junior engineers, coordinating releases, or maintaining internal tools like OpenAPI documentation to make life easier for other teams.

Before that, I gained experience across Android, backend, and full-stack development through roles at HubSpot, Raevoluz, and Constructor University, where I also worked as a teaching assistant for databases and web services. I enjoy working on products that solve real problems, experimenting with modern Kotlin and Compose patterns, and collaborating with people who care about building thoughtful software. I’m always excited to keep learning, take ownership of new challenges, and help bring great ideas to life.
