Independent full-stack and AI automation delivery across SME and crypto/fintech clients end-to-end from scoping to deployment. Integrated Tencent IM SDK in Flutter for 1:1 and group chat, voice calling, and live streaming for a crypto exchange (NDA), as one of the project developers (~3 months). Built an AI chatbot automation platform using RAG over Supabase pgvector with n8n orchestration, with confidence-gated LLM replies and human handoff via WhatsApp Cloud API and Chatwoot. Implemented multi-model routing across ChatGPT, DeepSeek, GLM, and MiniMax APIs based on use case (Q&A/FAQ/order checking/slot & availability lookup) with multi-language support (Chinese Mandarin and English). Daily AI-augmented cross-stack development across web and mobile using Cursor, ChatGPT Codex, and Claude Code.

Shipped features end-to-end across React (web) and React Native (mobile). Reduced asset listing load time from 3s to 200ms (93% improvement) and built a bulk-actions system reducing ~200 minutes of manual operations to ~1 minute (~200×) for a ~50-person team. Built internal admin tooling for 300k+ user records including advanced search, high-performance pagination, before/after diff audit trail, and live preview for content modules.

Led the mobile team and drove a structured refactor, building a real-time performance/user behavior/network status tracking system from mobile SDK integration through Elasticsearch with Kibana dashboards for support troubleshooting. Owned and maintained core trading surfaces including perpetual futures, spot, K-line, and order book modules. Built split/merge rendering position mode for perpetual futures (smooth rendering of 300 open positions on mid-range devices) and delivered wallet integrations (MetaMask, WalletConnect, UniPass), deposit/withdrawal, Telegram bots, and Earn flows from scratch. Built an outreach notification system integrating Tencent Push with Spring Boot 3.0, delivering market trend updates, community news, and platform-wide alerts. Implemented a locale management system enabling language updates without a new app release; shipped updates to App Store and Play Store.
