Book Designer/Desktop Publisher at Shuter & Shooter Publishers

• Liaise and collaborate with industry professionals such as fellow team members, senior management, publishers, editors, freelancers, artists/illustrators, marketers, etc. for the timely completion of design projects. • Translate strategic ideas and structured content into visually compelling assets using creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft, Mailchimp, WordPress, Wix, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc. • Create stunning, compelling and effective designs, ensuring consistency across various digital and print media outlets. These designs include, but not limited to book cover and book layout designs, social media graphics, website visuals, email assets, and branded collateral, catalogues, flyers/posters, logo/brand designs, presentations, certificates, programmes, templates, etc. • Maintain organized, layered, and accurate design studio records of all projects and other necessary admin information for ease of access and future use. • Strong visual design skills and ability to follow creative direction with attention to detail and receptive to creative and constructive feedback. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation/public-speaking skills.
