I am a highly motivated and organised music graduate looking for my first role within the music industry. I have a keen interest in a wide range of genres, from classic right through to techno, and have performed in a broad range of styles. I have built up practical experience through projects such as composing for original short films, orchestrating for musical theatre and using Ableton for performance and composition. I have experience in sound recording, live mixing and podcast production, as well as studio set up and backline preparation. I am proficient in using Sibelius, Ableton and other Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs). Since leaving university I have continued to develop my creative skills, pushing myself and what I can achieve within the DAW, for example composing in 7/8, modulating to distantly related keys. I am also continuing to explore multiple music genres taking inspiration from everything from classical to video games. I have a passion for music theory and also play saxophone and piano in both classical and jazz settings.
