I operated as a hands-on tech lead, owning projects end-to-end from discovery and architecture to delivery and iteration. I designed and extended a custom ERP-style B2B platform for bookings, orders, invoicing, and GST reconciliation, continuously evolving it with new features as my clients’ needs grew. I built AI-driven products, including a Secondary Sales Tracking Tool for a pharmaceutical company that unified messy stockist files into clear views of inventory days and secondary sales, and a catalogue parser that extracted structured furniture data from unstructured PDF catalogues, eliminating heavy manual work. I created an Indic Content app with a full CMS, enabling creators to manage and publish Indian language content efficiently. I also modernized a legacy codebase for a premier CAT/MBA coaching institution by introducing modern tooling, CI/CD, and better deployment practices. In parallel, I oversaw the development of other products managing a team of 10 people, making sure that we ship products on time, within budget and following industry standards and best practises.

At Renewbuy, I led the development of a robust rules-engine built with FastAPI and Django, leveraging AWS for scalability and reliability, to calculate commissions for insurance agents and manage reconciliations using data from insurance companies. The system utilized Pandas for data processing and MongoDB for flexible, high-performance data storage. I coordinated a dual-team setup—building the new product with modern tools while maintaining the legacy system—ensuring seamless integration, smooth transitions, and uninterrupted operations throughout the migration and scaling process.

At Spinny, I built and scaled key features for a car selling platform, including hub operations control, test-drive management, customer onboarding, and the end-to-end car purchase journey. I resolved performance bottlenecks and technical debt, leading to a 5% reduction in cloud costs. I also led and mentored a team of six developers, helping them improve their system design, coding, and debugging skills. My work ensured the platform could handle increased scale while maintaining reliability and efficiency.

At Magicpin, I scaled the customer fulfillment flow to handle 300,000 daily bill uploads and improved the decision bot’s throughput by 4X while increasing accuracy by 10%. I built features for the coupon system, referral system, asynchronous task handlers, and data pipelines using Java, Spring, Kafka, Python, Pandas, and TensorFlow.
