End of studies final project, SOSFarmers : Irrigation System for Indoor and Outdoor plants

SOSFarmers is my end-of-studies IoT project: a smart irrigation prototype combining ESP32 sensors, a Python backend, and an Android app. It uses soil conditions, weather forecasts, and machine learning to guide watering decisions, with live monitoring, pump control, and historical analytics.
