Worked on multiple CORESO (European technical coordination for Electricity System Operators) projects focused on ingesting/processing input files, extracting operational data, maintaining a central data repository, generating output files, and supporting workflow automation. Responsibilities included analyzing client needs, implementing technical/architectural choices, upgrading modules, maintaining and updating documentation, presenting demos, updating the UI per customer requirements, improving and configuring logging (Logstash pipelines, Kibana dashboards), and leading migration to newer Spring Boot/Java dependencies. Also updated Talend scripts, added unit tests, and performed integration tasks using REST APIs to standardize data across platforms for a Yuma timesheet synchronization project with interactive dashboard visualizations, error handling, and debugging of integrated systems.

Developed an AI-powered recruitment web application to automate and optimize candidate selection and onboarding workflows. Analyzed requirements and constraints, supported architecture design, evaluated/select technologies, prepared and processed training datasets, fine-tuned NLP models, and integrated/optimized NLP models within the recruitment workflow. Built the web application with React.js (frontend) and Spring Boot (backend).
