I’m a digital and traditional illustrator, with an acute interest in cartoon-style illustrations and character design. My work reflects my social involvement, representing themes such as antiracism, feminism and intersectionality; while at the same time trying to bring forward the magic there is in living. I’m currently looking for an inspiring work environment that enables me to develop myself with good training while respecting my creative freedom as an artist.

    uniE621 WE COULD EXPRESS OURSELVES
This was a class social project. The objective was to find something, either a movement or a problem, that we wished to aid or promote action for or against. As it is, the project was centred on promoting the normalisation and inclusion of street art as such, rather than being classified as vandalism. #illustrator #graphicdesigner
    uniE613 THE HILL WE CLIMB
This is a collaboration with Marissa García (a graphic designer) for an illustrated reading of “The Hill We Climb” by U.S. poet laureate, Amanda Gorman. A bundle of 30 illustrations accompanies the video and emphasize each stanza. #illustrator
    uniE621 RELATS REALS
This was commissioned artwork by the SOS Racisme association, based in Barcelona, Spain. They were to be illustrations of real situations narrated by survivors of racial discrimination. #illustrator
uniE621 “GRID SHOW” SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN
I volunteered to lead the social media for my master’s final show, that presented on August 26th 2021 at Cambridge, and September 4th 2021 at Shoreditch, London. I planned both the structure and the dynamic of the campaign. #logo #illustrator #branding
    uniE621 BLACK LIVES MATTER
During Pride 2020, I created a series of drawings based on prompts. I combined them with BLM information and activism. The drawing on the left was in remembrance of the Pulse bar massacre and the death of two transgender BME girls, Dominique and Riah. I used the moon and the rising tide to reference femininity. #illustrator
    uniE621 500 CARTAS SIN REMITENTE
This artwork was commissioned by the author, Anna Boho. She specified the theme she wished for the cover and the inside illustrations. They usually followed either a poem included in the book itself or about instances of her life she found particularly relevant. #illustrator
    uniE613 KISS YOU TO DEATH
This is an artwork created with the motive of Saint Valentine’s day. I wanted to recreate Gustav Klimt’s famous piece, “The kiss”, with my own spin on the narrative. The one in the black dress is one of my characters. As a reaper, she is tasked with bringing the dead to the shores of the afterlife. I dressed her in a black traditional Japanese bride dress to symbolize the relationship between love and death. #illustrator
    uniE621 COSMIC FLOWERS AGAINST RACISM
Every year in October there is an ongoing challenge: as per the rules, every drawing made must be done with ink on paper. I’ve been participating since 2018, introducing small variations to the prompt list, or creating my own. The 2020’s version was a mix of both flower prompts and cosmic prompts. #illustrator
    uniE613 KELPIE ATTACK
My role as a concept artist intern at Scruffy Dog Creative Group has been to design and photobash semi-realistic environments, to illustrate the guest experience at seasonal attractions designed by outside companies. #illustrator
    uniE613 SPRING IN THE FOREST
This was a character design project with the motive of Ostara (similar to Easter). I designed a representation of Spring in the body of a small child, frolicking in the deeps of the forest. I present her illustrations always accompanied by a poem.
    uniE613 TRANS HEALTH
Set of 14 illustrations created for Associació Gender and LGBT Lab. Used for an education course directed at Health professionals within the health system of Catalunya. #illustrator
