Lead Developer for a safety-training platform developed in partnership with the National Safety Council and PAX Training. Architected the tech stack (Supabase, SQL, Framer marketing site) and deployed on Vercel, integrated Stripe payments, and automated onboarding and certification workflows to align with content. Collaborated with safety trainers to ensure certification standards and translated requirements into scalable features, reducing manual processing and enabling rapid onboarding for members.

Provide full executive support to the Executive Director across four associations and ~40 board members, including calendar management, recurring board meetings, and travel coordination. Built member onboarding automations in Zapier and Make to auto-generate annual membership certificates, sync Mailchimp lists, and trigger welcome email and SMS campaigns, reducing manual work during renewals. Designed and deployed recurring email and SMS campaigns to drive member engagement, renewals, and event attendance. Planned and executed association events and tradeshows, securing sponsorships and exhibitors and coordinating vendors, logistics, and signage. Managed budgeting, invoicing, and P&L reporting via Zoho Books, Zoho Billing, and Stripe, and maintained association websites and member portals (Squarespace, Zoho CRM).

Led development as a software developer and project lead for a React Native-based platform, collaborating with artists in Korea and Japan to localize the app and remove language barriers. Designed UI elements and managed the full tech stack (React Native, React, HTML5, SQL, Supabase, Framer, Vercel). Implemented cybersecurity fundamentals and integrated Stripe payments to streamline monetization.
