About
I am a Polish artist based in Prague with experience across various artistic disciplines. I worked for many years for the Oscar-winning studio Breakthru Films. I hold a Master’s degree in Conservation and Restoration of Works of Art from the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow.
In 2021 I joined Breakthru Films, a studio renowned for the Oscar-winning “Peter and the Wolf” and the Oscar-nominated “Loving Vincent”. My first project was the animated feature film “The Peasants” (2023), Poland’s official submission for the 2024 Academy Awards, which gained international acclaim. On this project, I worked as an oil-painting animator, matte painter, inbetweening artist, and inbetweening supervisor. I also played a key role in establishing the four distinct colour palettes - one for each season shown in the movie. I quickly advanced from a junior to a senior Photoshop artist, becoming one of the leading contributors in this field.
Following this, I joined the production of another animated feature, “A Winter’s Journey” (“Winterreise”), where I currently serve as a lead digital painter and animator. Additionally, I contributed background designs for the upcoming short animation “Timeless Chopin”, which was presented at the Polish Pavilion during Expo 2025 in Osaka, Kansai.
I am also working as a freelance 2D artist and illustrator contributing to many different projects like book covers (“The House of Noćević” by Gaelan Wort (second edition), “Briar’s Kiss” by Gaelan Wort (second edition), “Endless Manpower” by Guy Chet), children’s books (“Penny’s Plastic Problem” by Marine Mili, “H is for Grandpa” by Gator), educational books (“How Would You Like To Be Me” by Colin Darcy), music videos (“The Final Hunt” by Harrison Geary) etc. Most of those project are still awaiting their premiere (end of 2025 - first quarter of 2026).
I am a highly adaptable team player and fast learner, always seeking new challenges and opportunities that will enhance my artistic skills and broaden my expertise.

Lead Photoshop Artist: Background Designer “Timeless Chopin” is a short animated film created using traditional oil painting techniques. The animation was showcased at the Polish Pavilion during Expo 2025 in Osaka, Kansai. I made two background design and transition animation concept sketch.

“H is for Grandpa” is a private family project - a heartfelt love letter from a grandfather to his grandson, Harrison. I had the pleasure of creating all 23 illustrations for this book.

“Penny’s Plastic Problem” is a children’s book about plastic pollution written by Marine Mili (Milica Janjić), which I illustrated (24 pages/12 spreads) I was also responsible for the complete book layout, including typography and overall design.
