He has served as Musical Director for Kinky Boots and Jersey Boys, and he is currently the Musical Director of the Broadway musical Beetlejuice. Alongside his work on stage, Casquero has developed a significant body of work as a composer, arranger, and orchestrator. He has created and produced numerous original shows and arrangements for solo artists and ensembles within major cruise companies, as well as for productions in Las Vegas and a wide range of theaters, casinos, and concert venues across the United States, Spain, Portugal, Jamaica, and the United Arab Emirates. These productions were developed using professional tools such as Sibelius and Logic Pro, and brought to life through collaboration with musicians from diverse cultural and musical backgrounds around the world.
