    uniE621 Sundae Rayo
As a part of my final semester, I wanted to focus on prop design. A character from a friend's book sufficed- I illustrated a handful of props in my style, sketched out potential designs that the author then approved of, and then illustrated a small scene incorporating the props, the character and a scene from a chapter. bookillustration illustration characterdesign propdesign
    uniE621 Tommy Karate
In order to practice prop design for future clients, I made a fake Intellectual Property. Tommy K. was based off of the weird karate kick that the 2000s had, and I wanted to pay homage to the cartoons I had grown up with. I designed a character, various props the character could use, and illustrated a scene like a fake screenshot.
    uniE621 Illustration of 15
The only requirements for this assignment were that it had to feature at least 15 "*people*." illustrator
    uniE621 Book Cover Illustration
To make things easy for him, our mentor instructed us to all re-create and re-illustrate the covers of a popular novel. As book cover illustrators don't conventionally create the title as well, he only had us illustrate a cover of the book, so you'll recognize the font to be from the popular movie. I made certain to capture the most fitting key elements from the novel. illustrator bookillustrator
    uniE621 Rotting Alive Poster
In an effort to understand poster advertisements, I illustrated a mock-poster from a fake display at a museum. Essentially, I illustrated a poster based on a museum exhibit about the undead. illustrator advertisement designer
    uniE621 Cannibal Classic
In school, we were assigned to come up with our own Intellectual Property, with a variety of characters, interactive props, environment layouts, complete with a comprehensive plot. Cannibal Classic was targeted to young, coming-of-age teenagers, and was designed to follow a video game format. All of the work here compiled is for a hypothetical pitch, so it’s all pre-production illustration. Also, apologies if the quality is crunched, this website is not the best to upload examples of work. illustration videogamedesign characterdesigner
