Alessio Vanni (Italy), is an Italian multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer. He graduated from Parma Conservatory in Drums and Percussion. From 2016 to 2021 he was singer, keyboardist and author of lyrics for Staindubatta, an electronic / ambient / experimental music group, with whom he held live concerts in different festivals around Italy and produced a docufilm (Paleo) screened in cinemas in Lucca, Milan and Rome. Since august 2021, he's working as a musician, composer and producer in Bologna at Modulab recording studio directed by Marco Biscarini. In 2022 he took part in the making of the original soundtrack of the docufilm "Bella Ciao - Per la Libertà" by Giulia Giapponesi (production of Rai Documentari, Palomar) and of the short film "In Famiglia" by Giorgio Diritti together with Marco Biscarini. In 2023, he is an assistant at Valgeir Sigurdsson's Greenhouse Studios in Reykjavik, Iceland. In the meantime he realized as a producer the soundtracks of "Lubo" by Giorgio Diritti (Official Selection at the 80th Venice Film Festival 2023), "Death is a problem for the living" by Teemu Nikki (Official Selection at Rome Film Fest 2023), "After The Bridge" by Davide Rizzo and Marzia Toscano (Winner of Best film award and audience award at Biografilm festival Italia 2023), "Chello 'ncuollo" by Olga Torrico (Winner of Rai Cinema Award at Alice nella città 2023) and numerous other audiovisual works.
