For the past few years, I've been working on my own production: a video series about Luton called "Dreaming Of A Better Luton" (DOABL), which aims to look at what's missing in Luton and what could be made a lot better in the town. Each episode will show viewers "The Reality", e.g. what Luton's missing, followed by "The Dream", i.e. my proposed solution to said problem. As the producer of this series, I edit the videos and the sound therein, and these videos also include custom-made animation by me in the form of titles and end credits. I also write the script to each episode and record my voice-overs based on those scripts, i.e. narrations. I've also arranged filming days with my camera operator using shot lists put together by me based on the scripts. And lastly, the videos will also show architectural renders produced by a university student I got connected with, and each render in the form of a walkthrough/flythrough is a depiction of a dream I have of a better Luton, e.g. a better-looking and accessible central train station to replace the current one.
