Hello, I’m Ali Naser, a software developer based in Tripoli, Libya. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Sebha University (2004–2008) and a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from ITB Bandung, Indonesia (2010–2014), funded by the National Oil Corporation.
