Built an automated shift-level intelligence agent that analyzes POS sales, forecasts, and waste data to generate performance insights. The agent is triggered via webhooks, produces KPI-based HTML reports, generates executive summaries using LLMs, and emails a single consolidated shift review with attached reports for franchise decision-making.
