Amay Varghese

Architected and deployed real-time interactive AI-driven experiences for global enterprise clients including Virgin Megastore, UFC, NBA, American Hospital, and Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Designed end-to-end solution stacks integrating real-time rendering, user interaction systems, and event-driven logic. Led on-site production deployment and performance testing under live-event constraints, demonstrating ownership of system stability in high-visibility environments. Translated abstract client briefs into scoped, iterative PoC sprints — delivering working solutions and presenting outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.

Built and deployed interactive real-time applications for branded enterprise environments using Unreal Engine 5, managing full solution delivery from architecture to handover. Designed modular, extensible systems to allow client teams to maintain and extend experiences post-engagement — mirroring knowledge-transfer best practices in FDE deployments.

Delivered WebGL-based interactive platforms for marketing and brand campaigns, optimizing for cross-platform performance and accessibility at scale. Collaborated with design and product teams to align technical architecture with user experience goals, balancing speed-to-delivery with long-term maintainability.
