Hi, I’m Adam Nelson, a creative leader with two decades in branding and a decade building and running a CPG business. I co-founded Blonde Beard’s and grew it to $500,000 in annual revenue, maintaining a 40% margin, bootstrapping for six years and then leading a fundraising round of $370k. I’ve built and managed cross-functional teams across manufacturing, fulfilment, sales, marketing, and creative, and I’m passionate about turning market insights into products and campaigns that perform on shelf and online. I thrive on brand development, playful yet strategic design, and operations that support scalable growth. Based in Denver, I lead with curiosity and collaboration, delivering award-winning work while nurturing relationships with retailers and clients alike.

    uniE621 Blonde Beard's
https://www.twine.net/signin We made some sauce. Nearly a decade ago, my wife and I took a bold leap and launched our own brand—Blonde Beard’s, the world’s first craft wing sauce company. Drawing on skills honed throughout our careers, we’ve built a fast-growing, innovation-driven brand in the CPG space that is also leading innovation in the category.
uniE621 Bank Mid West - TV campaign
https://www.twine.net/signin Still available at a bank. It's easy to feel small at a big bank. You are just one out of a million customers and they can make you feel that way. Bank Midwest does it differently. This campaign celebrates the little things that mean so much in banking.
uniE621 Keep Social Media Social - Brand Identity
https://www.twine.net/signin The Future of Social Media. Keep Social Media Social was founded to challenge the norms of social media—prioritizing ethics, kindness, and authenticity over clicks and clout. When the agency approached me, they needed a complete rebrand that would resonate with a broad audience while striking a balance between youthful energy and professional credibility.
uniE621 Colorado Lottery - Nascar Scratch Campaign
https://www.twine.net/signin Fast track cash. The Colorado Lottery created a Nascar themed scratch ticket. Being from Georgia, the agency naturally put me on the brief. The writer? He's from Texas
uniE621 Universal Studios - Poster Designs
https://www.twine.net/signin Fun for all. Universal Studios Hollywood was lucky enough to build the world's first Simpson's theme park ride. I was lucky enough to work on this campaign that was recognized by the One Show.
uniE621 Wyoming Tourism - Summer Campaign
https://www.twine.net/signin Roamin' through Wyomin'. We launched a campaign in the states directly surrounding Wyoming to encourage people to hit the highway and explore the state by taking a road trip. Vintage travel illustrations were the inspiration behind the art direction of the work. We made more than 50 billboards, bus boards, gas pump toppers, a tv spot, and most importantly, tens of thousands of travel stickers.
    uniE621 Innovate - Brand Campaign
https://www.twine.net/signin Life on your terms. Innovage has one goal, to keep seniors in their homes for as long as possible. Their philosophy helps people live richer lifestyles when their age would otherwise prevent them to do so. We created this campaign to capture that forever young spirit, empowering seniors to keep living life on their terms. We worked with Austin, TX local Randal Ford to shoot the stills and direct the spot. He knocked it out of the park.
