Work Experience

Senior AI Methodology Researcher & Generative AI Project Lead at Infineon Technologies
January 1, 2023 - Present
Conceived, designed and deployed a large-scale agentic AI platform integrating LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation and multi-agent orchestration to automate engineering tasks, generate custom reports, manipulate Excel data and run simulations. Integrated internal APIs and databases to provide personalised agents for specific use cases; implemented context management and a critique LLM to validate responses based on past interactions. Led stakeholder engagement, use-case discovery and roadmap development. The application has been adopted by more than 100 users across four engineering teams, making it a cross-business-line tool. Managed the project lifecycle end-to-end: architecture design, coding (Python, Streamlit, LangChain), CI/CD pipelines, and iterative refactoring.
Technical Lead: Sepsis & FECD AI Projects at National STEP Projects
January 1, 2025 - Present
Leading AI research for two STEP-funded medical projects focused on infectious disease (Sepsis) and ophthalmology (Fuchs endothelial dystrophy). For Sepsis, developing interpretable, real-time clinical risk prediction models based on dynamic EHR and laboratory data. Implementing masked tabular architectures that update predictions as new test results arrive, emphasizing explainability and temporal consistency. For FECD, designing multimodal transformer-based models that integrate anterior segment OCT B-scans with clinical metadata to detect and characterize corneal endothelial dystrophy. Building reproducible preprocessing and training pipelines, incorporating uncertainty estimation, explainability methods, and clinically guided evaluation metrics.
Junior Full-Stack Software Developer at Ingenio Software
January 1, 2020 - January 1, 2022
Developed full-stack web applications for banking platforms using Angular front-ends and Java Spring back-ends. Refactored codebase, improved data management and enhanced user experience through responsive interfaces.
