    paper AI Platform

    A company (under NDA) entered the European and US markets with the goal of quickly launching an AI agent platform for SMBs. The client had strong technology but no product: flows weren’t built, value wasn’t explained, and there was no UX architecture.
    We conducted research and found out: companies spend up to 5 hours a day on routine tasks, are afraid of “complicated AI,” and want results without setup. Based on these insights, I created clear flows - choosing an agent, “hiring” it without code, and easy statistics of results. A friendly visual language, adapted design tokens, and a clean UI helped present agents not as tools but as colleagues, which dramatically lowered the entry barrier.

    Result: a clear product, first clients, and confirmed demand.

    In 1 month, the team built a unified UX and interface that can be quickly scaled. The platform successfully completed a pilot with 10 clients and confirmed interest in the “AI colleagues” format.
    Validated hypotheses showed: emotional UI increases engagement, a short path to the first result improves adoption, and progress visualization encourages users to return.
    Further product development is focused on key metrics: time to first result, agent activation, and the percentage of users who complete their first task - these are most closely connected to the concept we created.
