Split features into modular tasks across frontend, backend, and AI logic, and assigned file ownership. Served as primary code integrator: reviewed pull requests, resolved merge conflicts, and fixed bugs across branches to keep the main build stable. Built a React dashboard prototype and integrated low-latency bidirectional voice streaming using WebRTC.
