Industrial Design Intern (Gap Year) at Chenbro, Taiwan

Conducted user research to identify user needs and pain points; applied insights to improve the usability of iPad cases and ergonomic office products. Collaborated with the R&D team to assess technical feasibility and iteratively refine prototypes, ensuring usability aligned with production constraints. Collaborated in a four-person team to redesign the user journey of the De’Longhi Pinguino portable air conditioner interface and remote. Event Manager at Delft Taiwanese Association

Oversee planning and execution of large-scale cultural events, including Taiwan Night with 600+ participants, creating an inclusive platform for Taiwanese and international communities to connect.
