This video project was done in collaboration with European Food Information Council (EUFIC) funded by EIT Food.

Here I illustrated the need to transform our global food system by mitigating the current food production practices and adopting new and innovative ways to produce food.

Also briefly illustrated a recent Poland-based company’s innovation that uses bio-circular technology to recycle protein from rapeseed.
