With hands-on experience in customer communication, conflict resolution, and CRM management, I bring both analytical insight and emotional intelligence to every interaction. My psychology training allows me to understand client needs deeply, while my professional background has honed my skills in problem-solving, active listening, and maintaining professionalism in fast-paced, remote environments.

Driven by a genuine passion for helping people, I aim to create positive, solution-focused experiences that reflect care and competence in every exchange.
