My name is Abbey Terracina, I would like to apply for the Junior Brand Designer position at Twine. I have a B.S. in Graphic Design from The Los Angeles Film School. I also have experience as a freelance graphic designer. I am able to relocate as soon as necessary for the position. Based on my education and experience, I believe I am a great fit for the position. I have worked extensively with Adobe software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more. I also have experience with drafting, SketchUp, CAD software, and large format printing because of my previous area of study, architecture. I love how much these design tools allow for creative freedom when designing because I can create visually interesting and compelling designs. I pick up on new software quickly, so I can adapt to whatever is implemented within the company. My portfolio showcases work I’ve completed for brands and school projects. It showcases my work in branding, logo design, website/social media management, campaigns/promotional materials, and more. I have past work experience as a graphic designer working for a local clothing boutique, where I would design their websites and other promotional materials. I was responsible for the design of their bags, business cards, signage, various social media posts, and print advertising materials. The store experienced an increase in traffic in-store and online whenever a new design was posted. I have experience in client focused work as well. My experience in different fields has allowed me to learn to stay organized, multitask, prioritize, and problem solve. This is beneficial when dealing with designing for clients. I can adjust to the client’s desires while keeping the final product well designed. Please reach out with any questions. I’m looking forward to learning more about the position.
