Senior UI/UX Designer at Pauldea

October 1, 2023 - January 1, 2025

Led the end-to-end UX design function for the company’s GPS tracking ecosystem, owning product design strategy across AIS 140 vehicle tracking systems, mobile apps (iOS & Android), and web dashboards. Planned and conducted user research with fleet managers, drivers, and business stakeholders to understand workflows and inform design decisions for real-time tracking interfaces. Designed and iterated on the Pauldea Tracker mobile app, delivering live location monitoring, route history and playback, instant alerts, device management, and secure access controls. Created IA and navigation for complex IoT dashboards enabling fleet management, driver behavior review, and distance-tracked analytics. Built interactive prototypes in Figma across fidelity levels, and established a component-based design system.
