Interacted with SMEs and key stakeholders to identify the target audience’s training needs and define learning objectives. Designed and created e-learning and instructor-led training solutions using instructional design methodologies based on blended learning, in close cooperation with SMEs to continually improve and extend the Global Training Program.

E-Learning Instructional Designer at Valmont Industries

- Conceptualized, designed, and implemented engaging and effective online training courses, and e-learning videos for dealers in the irrigation industry using knowledge from subject matter experts, etc. - Molded the information about the products, parts, installation, troubleshooting, and software into interactive, educational deliverables comprised of text, video, animation, and other multimedia elements within brand guidelines. - Responsible for video production (conception, filming, direction), including scripts, storyboards, and shot lists for e-learning and promotional videos. Filmed, edited interviews, live-action footage, screen recording, implementing color grading, transitions, audio correction/sound mixing using Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, and After Effects. - Generated technical 3D models, 2D illustrations from photos & real-world objects, delivers icons, photo retouching & manipulation for engaging content. Created visual elements, intros, titles, and other animations in Adobe After Effects and Vyond.
