Despite its evidence-backed content and credible experts, the original platform lacked emotional resonance, personalization, and a clear structure to guide users from curiosity to action. Problem The homepage failed to communicate value quickly or guide different user types (casual vs intentional). Meditation content was buried, despite being a key driver of daily habits.
