I am currently working at OMD, where I lead a team of two specialists focused on performance marketing (search and social) for international B2C and B2B clients, including Zurich, Max Mara, Pepsi, Ariston etc. My role combines both strategic and accounting responsibilities, with particular attention to continuous performance improvement and effective coordination of team activities.
Previously, I gained experience at GroupM, managing digital campaigns across search platforms (Google, Bing, Amazon) and social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, Reddit). I was directly involved in campaign set-up, optimization, and reporting, using tools such as Search Ads, Adobe, CM, Looker Studio, and Pacvue. I managed a monthly budget of approximately 600.000€, with a primary focus on Lavazza in both the Italian and international markets, as well as several mid-to-large clients.
Before joining the agency world, I worked as a freelance consultant, supporting companies from different industries in their digital marketing activities, from strategic planning to campaign execution. This experience allowed me to develop a flexible, results-driven approach with strong attention to each client’s specific needs.
