Implemented a more complex UI system—world-space health bars, turret crosshairs, damage numbers, off-screen indicators, trajectory visuals, and other 2D/3D UI—using UI Toolkit, UGUI, and custom shader-based setups. Integrated models, VFX, shaders, and animations from the art team into gameplay systems, updating scripts and hierarchies so assets worked correctly in-game and in engineering standards. Built gameplay features atop an ECS multiplayer simulation, ensuring new behavior stayed deterministic and aligned with the simulation-first design. Served as the design's go-to engineer for fast gameplay prototyping, implementing new mechanics and the UI they required from early concept to working features.
