The previous website, while functional, no longer met the needs of the guest or of Kingpin’s brand and goals as effectively as it could. With a cleaner layout, enhanced mobile responsiveness, and streamlined navigation, guests can now find what they need more quickly and easily.
Behind the scenes, the new CMS setup made managing content easier with greater flexibility. This design exceeded business goals that it was reskinned for the Zone Bowling and Timezone brands (including markets across Asia).
Spanning 3 years, the website redesign involved stakeholders across the entire business including IT, marketing, sales, brand and the global team. Working closely with developers, I provided ongoing feedback for both design and functionality.
The Kingpin brand had a revamped look-and-feel from the royal purple colour scheme in the initial prototype to the now black and gold. The success of the design and the ease of use was replicated in the reskin for the Zone Bowling and Timezone brands.
