    Zone Bowling’s "Super Fun Pass" needed a refreshed look. The design focused on a vibrant and playful aesthetic to maximize appeal to families and young adults, emphasizing the fun and inclusions of the pass. Consistent branding was rolled out across social media platforms (organic and paid), in-venue digital screens, the Zone Bowling website, and targeted paid media campaigns to create a cohesive and engaging brand experience that builds strong brand recognition.

    The previous website, while functional, no longer met the needs of the guest or of Kingpin’s brand and goals as effectively as it could. With a cleaner layout, enhanced mobile responsiveness, and streamlined navigation, guests can now find what they need more quickly and easily. Behind the scenes, the new CMS setup made managing content easier with greater flexibility. This design exceeded business goals that it was reskinned for the Zone Bowling and Timezone brands (including markets across Asia). Spanning 3 years, the website redesign involved stakeholders across the entire business including IT, marketing, sales, brand and the global team. Working closely with developers, I provided ongoing feedback for both design and functionality. The Kingpin brand had a revamped look-and-feel from the royal purple colour scheme in the initial prototype to the now black and gold. The success of the design and the ease of use was replicated in the reskin for the Zone Bowling and Timezone brands. Overall, the redesign creates a more engaging, accessible, and future-ready platform that supports the organizational goals. By incorporating the latest branding elements and optimising for performance, accessibility, and SEO, the redesign ensures a more engaging and efficient user experience while supporting the organisation’s ongoing growth and digital presence.
