I was contracted to create a church website where my tasks were as follows following:
- To create a clean, elegant, responsive and very interactive database-driven website.
- To ensure ensure they have a back-end to mmanage the content(which I chose to develop it using OOP PHP and MySQL database)
- To ensure the website is able to receive donation through mobile-money transfer as well as credit/debit cards(which I fully implemented and as of now they able to receive monetary donations)
- Ability to manage their media content in form of event photos and videos.(I created a gallery section that hanldes their photo albums and video collections)
- To create blogs, sermons, FAQs sections and ensured they are searchable.
- To create calendar events for the church with countdown.
- To improve on their SEO
I ensured I met their needs and in deed they were very happy for giving them a website that not only has great look and feel but very functional in every aspect.
