I’m Brad Bowman, a Senior Software Development Engineer and CTO/Co-founder with a passion for turning complex problems into reliable, scalable software. I co-founded Mardeca, a maritime decarbonization startup incubated at Carbon13, where I helped define product strategy, architecture, and lead a cross-functional team. Previously at Amazon, I built and owned high-velocity A/B testing platforms and ML-powered content delivery, driving impact across e-commerce systems.

I enjoy collaborating closely with customers and colleagues to ship practical, production-ready solutions. My background spans startups and large-scale platforms, with hands-on experience across Python, Go, JavaScript, AWS, containers, and modern software delivery. I’m always eager to learn, mentor, and shape secure, maintainable systems that users love.
