I design and develop equity-centered, human-first learning experiences for Five Keys, a nonprofit serving justice-involved, multilingual, and low-income adult learners. My work focuses on digital literacy, employability, reentry success, and health & wellness topics, building eLearning, hybrid, and facilitator-led trainings that are culturally responsive and accessible.

I designed and developed impactful learning solutions that support employee onboarding, compliance, service standards, and culture initiatives across the organization. My focus is on creating accessible, interactive, and data-driven training that aligns with business goals and improves frontline performance. Managed the LMS and ensured version control with minimal downtime to maintain continuous learner access.
