I’m Gabriela Chaucoski, a Brazilian designer, based in Spain, exploring the intersection of art, ceramics, and illustration. My work blends visual storytelling, material sensibility, and cultural inspiration. With eight years in R+D at Torrecid do Brasil, I’ve developed ceramic collections for national and international clients and exhibited at trade fairs such as Revestir (Brazil) and Coverings (USA). In 2020, I received the Elisabete Anderle Culture Award for my illustrated children’s book and animated song, Mico Nico, a project promoting healthy eating through playful storytelling. Passionate about gastronomy, I also gained hands-on experience at the Michelin-starred restaurant IKARO in Spain, deepening my understanding of aesthetics, texture, and sensory experience. I create freelance designs and illustrations that connect tradition, emotion and creativity. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, I work efficiently in remote environments and am available for hybrid collaboration as needed, enjoying opportunities to bring ideas to life across cultures.
