At Scyne Advisory, I help public sector clients modernise their technology environments and unlock value through advanced data analytics. My work spans early-stage strategy through delivery, focusing on building scalable, secure, and well-architected cloud platforms to support digital transformation. I lead delivery and business development by shaping cloud and data strategies for government departments and implementing cloud-enabled solutions. I designed and maintain ScyneLabs, a secure, multi-account AWS environment to accelerate delivery and run production workloads for clients. I showed my team members the lab, and they asked if they could have one. So began the creation of this website, a way for me to document and share, enabling anyone to operate and run an enterprise-grade AWS environment at home or in the office.
