Owned frontend development end-to-end, defining the tech stack and architecture for an event-driven game website. Designed a Next.js BFF layer using Route Handlers to proxy external APIs, eliminate CORS, isolate server-side auth tokens, and centralize validation. Solved a 200MB promotional video requirement by partnering with the CDN team to deliver the asset via streaming instead of download, preserving page load performance. Shipped on a 50% compressed timeline by restructuring the working sequence.
