I’m a Nigeria-based illustrator and creative director with over 2 decades of experience in comic book art, visual storytelling, Communications Strategy and branding. My passion lies in crafting bold, grounded stories rooted in African mythologies and fantasy. My work has brought characters like Iyanu: Child of Wonder, Malika: Warrior Queen, WindMaker, and E.X.O: Legend of Wale Williams to life — stories that have been adapted for platforms like HBO Max, Cartoon Network, and published by Dark Horse Comics. I’ve worked across roles — lead illustrator, character designer, concept artist, and worldbuilder — for studios like YouNeek, Peda Studios, and other international clients. I now head Linebug Studios, where we’re building a new wave of Afrocentric genre storytelling. Current Project: KASAR RANA — a 4-part fantasy comic set in a sentient animal kingdom torn by power and legacy.
