    Simon is a respected Ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon who wanted to start a new venture helping patients find the best, most reliable cataract surgeons in their area. I designed a new brand identity centred around the concept of the eye and light hitting a lens to create a unique logomark.     uniE621 SLOW WAYS // Design system for a national network of walking routes
    Slow Ways is an initiative to create a national network of walking routes connecting all of Great Britain’s towns and cities. Currently in Beta startup, Slow Ways already had a basic, functional website to attract new volunteers and grow its community of walkers. The brief called for the creation of a new design system to improve the website user experience and interface to drive up engagement. Work was also done to improve and extend the existing brand language across marketing materials and emails. The new design system was built in Figma.     uniE621 ELLISON TEST // Bold brand identity for a data recovery testing service
    Ellison Test is a new test service for data recovery, erasure and forensic auditing organisations. The brief was to create a brand that stood out from the competition and spoke directly to potential customers in the data protection industry. The brand identity needed to communicate their core proposition: accurate, reliable testing that’s easy to use. After an in-depth discovery and research phase, we distilled our ideas into a sharp, focused and modern brand identity that’s unique and memorable. This sector is populated by a multitude of mediocre corporate blue competitors. We bucked the trend and opted for bold, inspiring greens for the primary brand colours. The logo mark is a distillation of data protection and accuracy, speaking directly to businesses where the precise control of data is paramount.
