I began my editing career in 2017, shortly after graduating the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s degree in Cinema and English. Later that year I helped establish Two Steps to the Left Productions, where I continue to work as the company’s Lead Editor and Creative Director. I moved to California in 2018, and since then, I’ve been continuously building my knowledge and skills in all areas of post production; such as Editing, Sound Design, Visual Effects, and Dialogue Mixing. I’ve developed these skills by working on a wide variety of projects, including feature films, short films, music videos, and promotional videos/trailers. I approach every project with a primary focus on the bigger picture, the details in-between, and capturing the creative voice and vision of my clients.
