Chambers is an illustrator, artist and art educator with experience in visual storytelling through illustration and art curriculum development for diverse learners across ages and learning models (remote and in-person). Beyond the classroom, she has illustrated two pre-published children’s books focusing on her Native American heritage. She finds joy in creating art that encourages respect, love and understanding of all cultures and creatures, and faith in God. She approaches each project brainstorming, researching, sketching, and experimenting with media to find the best expression of the idea or story.  Layering with texture, pattern and color is her signature style. Chambers is a wife and mother of three sons.  When she is not teaching or creating in the studio, she enjoys travel, yoga and creating in the kitchen and garden.
