    Equilibrium and Silent Preparation The Novvo system was in a state of conservation, with a high-performance product operating within controlled niches. While the external movement appeared linear, internally we were reinforcing the architecture for a leap. We solidified the foundation through market intelligence (TAM, SAM, SOM) and process organization. This was the phase of nourishing the structure, ensuring that the coming transformation would be supported by a solid and unwavering base.

    X: Divergence (Exploration)
    The Expansion of Paths and Discovery The system entered its exploration phase, opening a spectrum of possibilities to understand the brand’s diverse faces in the world. We tested distinct narratives—ranging from high-level productivity to essential self-care—allowing multiple identities to be explored simultaneously.

    The Dynamics: We developed segmented Landing Pages and A/B creative tests that functioned as sensors, mapping where the message of a “life illuminated by the truth of the product” found the deepest resonance. It was a time for testing hypotheses and embracing a plurality of personas.

    Y: Convergence (Selection)
    Choosing the Path of Greatest Harmony From the multiple routes explored, the system selected the most successful flows. We filtered the messages and formats that demonstrated the strongest authentic connection with the consumer.

    The Selection: We funneled energy into what was truly effective. The result of this convergence was a 6x increase in revenue within just 3 months. The precision in selecting these narratives ensured that 100% of the value generated was a direct result of communication intelligence and consistent delivery.
