Part of a team designing, building and operating a multi-million-pound FTTP network rollout for the Isle of Wight. Implemented and integrated API GUI systems for telecom service automation, including a 'Line-Checker' that interrogated back-end network hardware and provisioning systems to automatically diagnose customer fibre connections for service agents. Led the design and build of new telecom masts and fibre infrastructure, planned and executed customer migrations with zero service impact. Developed a resilient Radius server system for BT Openreach integration, automating PPPoE subscriber provisioning, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Migrated the TR-069 provisioning system to a standards-based platform and developed custom CPE hardware with vendors.
