My subjects are living creatures, often humans. I celebrate and encourage them. I show their struggles but make sure to highlight their strengths. Love is what I pour into each piece, hope is what I seek to bring, and a vibrant smile in the face of despair is what I illustrate. Life has not been easy by any means. It’s been a struggle. And I survived because I’ve been determined to rebel against despair. My rebelion isn’t violent, instead it’s kind and hopeful and loving.
