I make music under the name cult friends, and love playing around with gritty textures, unconventional recording methods and creating dark but captivating sonic spaces.
My practice is a study in “curating clutter,” balancing the technical rigor of a researcher with the prosodically aware voice of a producer.
I have worked across UX research at Fender and A&R and dedicated to exploring the intersection of cultural history and experimental sound.

- Conducted UX research into 75% day-3 churn on Fender Play, working across Tableau, user behavioural data, survey responses, and segmentation analysis. - Synthesised findings into a cohesive strategic narrative, proposing redesigned onboarding and milestone-based user journeys; presented budget-neutral recommendations that fed directly into executive product decisions.
Managed guest experience for 500+ attendees across a multi-day festival; coordinated logistics with production leads and resolved real-time operational issues.
- Identified 400+ emerging artists across major U.S. markets using Chartmetric and Luminate to produce data-backed A&R reports and optimize release and social strategy. - Developed branded content across platforms to drive artist visibility, drawing on firsthand experience of independent artist development to inform scouting priorities.
