Daniela Dueñas Yerovi

I am Daniela, a dedicated nutritionist with a strong background spanning human nutrition, hospitality, and public health. I’m experienced in data collection, project management, and creating educational materials, with a passion for turning science into practical guidance that can improve food security and promote healthy eating habits.

In addition to my public health work, I’ve worked front-of-house in fast-paced restaurants and in retail, where I optimized e-commerce processes, supported POS and inventory, and helped strengthen a brand’s digital presence through product photography and design. I thrive under pressure, enjoy team collaboration, and love turning ideas into tangible, impact-driven outputs.
